Before and After School Care is available on site (in the school hall) at St Martin’s during the school term. Before school care operates 7.00-8.30 am in the morning and after school care until 6.00pm. OOSH Northern Beaches, a proudly privately owned local business, providing Before & After School Care and Vacation Care to school aged children, for many different schools. We have been established since 2001 and are continuing to grow.
The owners, Chris and Lou Hegarty, have lived in the area their entire life, and are now supported by a warm loving team, who have become a part of their family.
Chris was one of the first people on the Northern Beaches to privatise Out of School Hours Care in 2001 and has always believed to keep it “family oriented and family friendly”. To date we have and excellent Management Team who contribute to the values and philosophy of the business.
OOSH Northern Beaches adheres to the standards detailed in the National Quality Framework. New Australia-wide regulations are being implemented for Out of School Hours Care (OOSH). While the National Quality Framework provide our service with a baseline standard from which we work, the new licensing process being implemented through DoCs, will bring many changes and all our centres are presently working through the process to ensure full accreditation occurs.
